Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-in is after 4pm. Check-out is by 10am.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.

Property Access

  • This cabin is located at the top of Miller's Mountain Trail, which is a private, gravel road. AWD or 4WD is required year-round to access the home. You will not be able to reach the home without the proper vehicle.
  • Skylark is accessible from both the bottom level and the main level.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • Minimum age: 25 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.

Fees and Payments

  • This home is dog friendly. The fee is $25 per day. Only 1 dog allowed per reservation. (Note: maxPets not specified in source data; see conflicts)
  • Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking, or by calling us with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a firestarter for $25 plus tax.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY: Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Parking Information

  • Parking is limited to 4 spaces at the cabin. You are not allowed to park at the other homes located on the road.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Towels and linens will be provided.
  • Well-stocked kitchen with utensils and starter set of paper products (toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher detergent, laundry pods, paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, makeup remover cloths) provided. These items are sufficient for one or two nights.
